“Returning from my mission was one of the hardest transitions of my life. The loss of structure and real-world challenges felt overwhelming, especially with financial struggles at home. However, my mission prepared me. It taught me discipline, resilience, and faith. With support from leaders, mentors, and Self-Reliance efforts, I was able to persevere. After many rejections, I was blessed with a job and can now support myself and my family.” Jet Lustre served in the Fukuoka Japan Mission. After completing his full-time missionary service, he attended the My Plan Conference in the July 2025 batch. He is currently working as a Bilingual Quality Associate at Tech Mahindra, Google.
