Sister Juntalan shared that through her experience, she has learned that self-reliance helps build confidence and resilience. It has taught her to trust herself and not be afraid to take risks, knowing that they can lead to progress and success. Sister Jintalan’s idea about running a business is just about selling and making a profit. Through the SMB class, she learned about the processes to follow, particularly in managing cash flow, income, and expenses. She also learned the importance of making her products visually appealing to customers. She followed a step-by-step approach to ensure her business ran smoothly, maintained a clean, organized stall, served high-quality food, and kept accurate financial records. Sister Juntalan’s challenges include not having a permanent location, the rainy season making it difficult for her operation, and her helper not showing up for work. Despite these struggles, she remained determined and eventually secured a good location that gained loyal customers. Her business improved, sales increased, and product offerings expanded. Sister Jintalan’s goal is to expand her business by opening multiple locations and establishing her franchise in the future. She encourages aspiring entrepreneurs to always stay positive and believe in their ability to succeed. “Running a business requires courage and perseverance. Keep pushing forward, never lose hope, and always pray for guidance so your business can grow and thrive.”
